House and Events Assistant
Bella first joined the Ditchley team in 2021, as a member of the casual waiting team. In between working at Ditchley, she spent a year as an Au Pair in the Swiss Alps and lived in the Cairngorms as an outdoor instructor trainee. Since January 2025, she has taken on the role of House and Events Assistant, supporting the planning and delivery of events. With previous front of house experience, she enjoys planning and organising, and is excited for opportunities her new role will bring.
When she’s not at work, you can be sure to find Bella somewhere outside; either climbing up rocks, on top of a mountain in the snow or paddling down a river.
