Spent over 28 years at Morgan Stanley (1994-2023) most recently as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President (2021-23). He was a member of the Firm's Operating, Management and Risk Committees and the Morgan Stanley/MUFG Global Steering Committee. Chief Financial Officer (2015-21) and Head of Corporate Strategy (2016-21). 21 years in the Global Financial Institutions Group in Investment Banking, running the group from 2010 to 2015. He was in the Financial Institutions Group at PaineWebber from 1990 to 1994.
Currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Tufts University, New York-Presbyterian Hospital and the Peterson Institute for International Economics. He is Trustee Emeritus of Summer Search, an education non-profit, and a member of the Economic Club of New York. Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (Tufts University).
