Formerly: Deputy Director, Economic Security and Resilience at HM Treasury. Lucy has undertaken a range of policy roles across the UK Civil Service including in HM Treasury, Cabinet Office, Home Office, and as the Justice and Home Affairs Senior Adviser to the Prime Minister in the No 10 Policy Unit.
Before joining the Civil Service, Lucy qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC, consulting to public and private sector clients in London and Sydney; and after completing a MBA, worked on commercial performance improvement at BP.
